Our official network unlocks are processed remotely - we'll generate a Samsung unlock code for your device and send it to you usually within a couple of hours.
Once the unlock code is generated on Samsung unlock servers, the code needs entering into your device at the 'Enter Network Unlock Code' screen. Your device is then unlocked for good.
During working hours (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays), if the order is processed before 2:00pm the unlock code will be provided the same day. After this time, the unlock code will be provided before 11:59am the next working day.
The code generation and delivery is automated and may also be provided out of our working hours.
